What areas do you serve?
We are based in Greenville, South Carolina and serve the Upstate and surrounding areas. Travel outside our local service area may be available depending on the event location, size, and logistics.


Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Funnel & Squeeze is fully licensed and insured. Documentation can be provided upon request.


What type of setup do you use?
We operate using a professional mobile setup designed for events, schools, and corporate environments. We do not operate from a food truck currently.


Do you need electricity to operate?
No. We bring our own generator and can operate fully without electricity. If power is available and easy to access, we are happy to use it.


What do you serve?
We serve fresh squeezed, fruit infused lemonades along with handcrafted sweet treats, including funnel cakes, funnel fingers, and deep-fried Oreos. Offerings may vary by event type.

Ordering Lemonade
How far in advance should I order?
Advance notice is recommended to ensure availability, especially for larger orders or peak dates. Timing may vary based on order size and scheduling.


Do you offer pickup or delivery?
Pickup and delivery options may be available depending on order size and location. All details are confirmed during the ordering process.


Can lemonade be ordered without booking an event?
Yes. Lemonade may be ordered separately based on availability. Event bookings are handled through the Book an Experience page.

School Fundraisers
How does the pre order system work?
We create a custom pre-order form for your school. Families place orders in advance using our online pre order system. This allows us to prepare accurately, serve efficiently, and minimize disruption to the school day.


How do classes rotate during lunch?
We coordinate directly with the school to align service with the lunch schedule. Each class comes at their assigned lunch time to ensure an organized flow, shorter wait times, and a seamless experience.


Do teachers or staff need to help during the event?
No. Our fundraisers are completely hands-off for school staff. We handle all setup, service, and cleanup.


Are fundraiser menus affordable for families?
Yes. Fundraiser menus are intentionally designed to be affordable, simple, and appropriate for school communities.


Do you offer themed or holiday fundraisers?
Yes. We offer seasonal and holiday themed fundraiser menus for occasions such as Valentine’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day, 100 Days of School, field days, and other school celebrations.

Corporate Events

How many guests can you serve?
We are equipped to serve both small and large organizations. A minimum of 40 guests is required for on-site setup. Service capacity is customized based on guest count, event duration, and layout.


What types of corporate events do you serve?
We serve employee appreciation events, client events, conferences, meetings, office celebrations, company picnics, and brand activations.


Do you offer alcohol free options?
Yes. Our lemonades and sweet treats are a popular alcohol-free option suitable for all audiences.


Can you serve both lemonade and sweet treats at corporate events?
Yes. Corporate events may include lemonade service, sweet treats, or a combination depending on the event needs.


Do you offer custom branding for corporate events?
Yes. We offer premium branded logo cups and optional premium toppings tables.


Can corporations run an open tab?
Yes. We can keep a running tab and invoice you at the end of the event.

Payments and Policies

 

What is required to secure a date?
Your event date is not considered booked until a deposit is received and a signed service agreement is completed. Deposit amounts vary based on event size and scope.


Is there a minimum guest requirement?
Yes. A minimum of 40 guests is required for on-site event setup.


Is a contact person required for events?
Yes. Each event must designate one on site contact person who will be available before and during the event for coordination and communication.


What are your setup requirements?
To ensure safety and smooth operations, setup must be located at least 50 feet away from buildings and parked vehicles. The setup area should be accessible and approved in advance.


What happens if weather impacts an outdoor event?

Weather related adjustments or decisions are handled on a case-by-case basis and outlined in the service agreement.


What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms are outlined in the service agreement provided during booking. Policies may vary depending on event details and timing.


Special Events (Parties, Baby Showers, Bridal Showers)
Do you offer dessert bars for parties, baby showers and bridal showers?
Yes. Our mini funnel cake dessert bar is a popular choice for showers, offering powdered sugar included and premium toppings as optional upgrades.


Do you offer services for weddings?
Yes. We offer lemonade service, dessert stations, and premium add-ons such as branded cups and topping tables.


Can we customize our menu for special events?
Yes, we can tailor the menu to your event theme or preferences.

 

Seasonal Hot Chocolate Bar
What comes with the hot chocolate bar?
Rich, creamy hot chocolate served with whipped cream, plus optional premium toppings such as crushed Oreos, peppermint pieces, crushed candy cane, graham crumbs, chocolate chips, caramel drizzle, chocolate drizzle, Kit Kat pieces, cinnamon sugar, Biscoff cookie crumbs, and more.


Can we add mini funnel cakes to the hot chocolate bar?
Yes, they pair perfectly and are available as part of your package.


Is the hot chocolate bar available year-round?


It is primarily offered in fall and winter but can be booked upon request.
